What you share

We process the conversations, energy usage, bills, property address and household plans you provide. An anonymous session lets you explore without contact information. Saving across devices requires a verified email. Installer applications include company, coverage, licensing, insurance and submitted documents.

Why we use it

We use this information to prepare your plan, run requested analysis, secure the service and respond to an expressly submitted proposal request. Saving does not enroll you in marketing. We use no advertising trackers and do not automatically distribute your information to installers.

Service providers

AWS hosts the application and its private records. OpenAI processes conversation and uploaded bill content for AI assistance. Google processes property locations for address and rooftop analysis. We request that OpenAI not store response objects; provider operational retention may still apply. Do not include information that is unnecessary for your plan.

Retention and deletion

Anonymous plans expire after seven inactive days; saved plans after 180 inactive days. Original uploaded documents expire after 30 days. Google-derived analysis expires after 29 days. Deleting your plan makes it inaccessible immediately and schedules deletion of its associated records and documents. You can withdraw contact permission from your plan. Installer applications have their own deletion control. Deleting a plan does not delete your email sign-in identity; contact Solar Inside Sales to request identity deletion.

Access to your information

Only you can access your private plan through its session or verified account. SAN operators can review your plan after you explicitly request a proposal. They can also review submitted installer applications and operational information needed to run the service. We protect records with access controls and encryption, but cannot promise that any online service is risk-free.
